In a breakthrough session we can put it all out on the table, figure out what’s working and what’s not, and make an actionable plan to move forward towards your ideal life situation.
This is a free session where I give you my undivided attention and where we can explore where you’re currently at and figure out what internal and external factors are holding you back from moving forward.
You will gain clarity around how you want your life to look personally and professionally
And if we determine that we're a good fit, we can discuss working together longer term.

Stuck, overwhelmed, and confused.
At the age of 25 I had a great job with great pay, living the dream in Los Angeles.
Yet I felt stuck and miserable, like what I was doing had no meaning.
And overwhelmed at the prospect of having to do something different.
So I had a full blown #quarterlifecrisis and sold everything I owned and bought a ticket to Asia.
And I got really serious about figuring out what it means to live a life of meaning and to do work you love.
I became a Certified Professional Coach with the IAPCM, got a degree in Psychology, and conducted scientific research at a brain clinic at UCLA. I even lived and studied with Buddhist monks for a while.
I gathered data, came to conclusions, and realized that it's okay to do things differently than everyone else, and that you have to take action to move forward.
Luckily for me, I met several teachers and coaches along the way that had been on similar journeys and found the direction and fulfillment that I had sought.
Now I wake up everyday feeling alive and refreshed, like what I do matters. And I make a good living doing it.
And I’ve spent the last several years helping myself and dozens of others do the same.
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is basically a transformational journey where you experience change, become more self-aware, and strip away layers of yourself so that you get to where you want to be in your life.
As a life strategy coach, I help you to identify where you are stuck at now versus where you want to be, and then I support and guide you in getting unstuck and closing that gap.
There are all kinds of places that these gaps may exist-- health, finance, career, relationships, business, habits, etc. We determine what are the best ones to work on given your goals, and we tackle them head on.
By helping you gain awareness about your goals, values, strengths and weaknesses, I help you overcome challenges such as limiting beliefs, fear, and self-doubt.
Together, we'll figure out exactly what you want your life to look like, build a strategy to get there, and then execute until it becomes a reality.
I'll be there with you every step of the way, holding you accountable and providing guidance until you get to where you want to be.
Because the truth is:
You don’t need to JUST SETTLE. You don’t need to stick with it.
And you don’t need to keep playing this game that won’t make you happy, even if you do end up winning it.
